You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
There are some cases where only partial refunds are granted:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow some time for your refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. Sometimes, it takes a little while for refunds to be officially posted. If there's still no sign of your refund, please contact your credit card company and your bank for more information. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at email@example.com.
Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll assist you with the process.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Trackable Shipping for High-Value Items
If you're returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This ensures that your returned item can be easily traced. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item if it's not trackable.
