We offer Standard Shipping for most orders, but please note that it is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

• Order Processing

Once your order has been paid for, our warehouse requires 3-12 days to process and prepare your items for shipment. Rest assured, we will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped.

• Estimated Delivery Time

However, please be aware that the actual delivery date may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external circumstances. For the most accurate delivery date, we recommend referring to the tracking information provided.

• Undelivered Packages

If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking information shows it as delivered but you have not received it, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team within 45 days of the order date to verify the status. For any other issues related to orders, products, or logistics, please contact our customer service within 90 days of the order date.
